Shipping & Postage Policy
Most of our orders are shipped via Australia Post. At times we will use other courier companies, particularly for larger and fragile orders that are unable to be sent via Australia Post.
All shipping includes tracking and will be sent as standard post. All care is taken to ensure your order is securely packaged for safe transit and to ensure they arrive in their original condition. Standard delivery in Australia is anywhere between 2-14 days pending location and delays, particularly in peak periods. Postage will be calculated at checkout for orders up to 20kgs. For orders over this limit, please contact us for a quote or further information.
Extra cover/insurance and Signature on Delivery incurs an additional charge and is highly advisable. Please note that we are not held liable for any loss or damage caused by Australia Post to parcels once they have been posted. We are unable to compensate you should your parcel be lost or damaged whilst in transit. All orders with Extra Cover will be compensated via Australia Post directly and a claim must be submitted through them. You will need to provide them with your tracking number, postage receipt (available on request), the damaged item and packaging it arrived in. Please contact me prior to finalising your order should you wish to add Extra Cover and / or signature on delivery to your order. Extra cover costs $0 for the first $100 of cover and $2.50 for each subsequent $100 of cover (above $100 included cover) up to $5000. Signature on Delivery is an additional $2.95. You must add Signature on Delivery if your item is valued above $500.

Your purchase will be shipped via Australia Post Airmail Service. The item will transfer to a postal service provider/s in the destination country. A signature on delivery may be required for some items. Insurance and tracking is not included in the price. International Extra Cover is $4.00 for each $100, or part thereof, of your item’s value up to $5,000. It usually takes a minimum of 15 – 20 business days for items to arrive. Sometimes it can take as long as 5 - 8 weeks, especially at peak times. Please contact us for more information.
International Customers are responsible for ensuring that by importing their purchase, they are abiding with the destination country’s importation laws, customs and any other requirements. The Customer is responsible for any costs additional to the original purchase and shipping invoice, regarding the importation of items purchased from the Willow Tree Soul Gifts. This may include and is not limited to, Customs duties, Quarantine fees, taxes, brokerage fees, fines and levies or additional postage requirements.
WHAT HAPPENS IF YOUR ORDER HAS BEEN RETURNED TO US
If your parcel is returned to us due to any of the following reasons, we will contact you to organise to ship your item again at an additional cost to you.
RETURN TO SENDER REASONS
- incorrect/incomplete address
- failure to pick up from your local post office
If you have provided an incorrect or incomplete address or not collected your parcel from your post office full payment for postage must be made again before your order is re-posted.
